In this tutorial, you will learn how to print Hotline Incident Reports and view analytics.
Printing Hotline Incident Reports
In the Quick Links Menu on the left, click Reports.
Scroll down until you see a section called Hotline. Click on the Hotline Incidents Export.
Specify the date range of the report you want to print. Click the Run Report button to set the date.
Click on the blue Print Report button.
A PDF will download onto your computer for printing.
Hotline Incident Analytics
In the Quick Links Menu on the left, click Analytics.
When you click on the date, a drop-down menu will appear. Choose the date range that you would like to review.
You can also compare one given date range with another. This is useful if you want to compare last summer to this summer, for example. To do this, click the Compare to field and choose your second date range. The date range will remain constant until you change it.
Click on the Hotline tab and choose the analytics you would like to see from the drop-down menu to see the data visually.
- Overview: This will give you a view of Hotline Incidents per day as well as by category (injury, entrapment, orphaned, etc.) and by status (resolved, open).
- Call Duration: This will give you a view of how long you spend on Hotline Incident calls.
- Location/Map: This will give you a view of the location of where your incidents are happening.
