Extensions were designed to make each WRMD account as simple or complex as each center chooses. There is the option to fill out the bare minimum to complete your annual reports, or to use it as a daily tool to collect data and manage the needs and care of your patients. It also allows the developers to add new, cool features without effecting the main structure of WRMD.
Note: Only Users with Super Admin or Admin role levels are able to Activate or Deactivate Extensions.
To access Extensions, go to the settings icon (the blue gear) in the upper righthand corner of the screen. You will now be able to view your Settings page.
Go to the Extensions menu and select the Complete List option. This link will open a list of all of the extension options.
You can choose which Extensions you want to Activate or Deactivate. There is information under each extension option describing its uses. For more information on using these Extensions visit the Help section.
Note: If you Deactivate an extension that has data, the information will no longer be accessible. However, if you reactivate the Extension the information will become accessible again.
