How to Export Records

Exporting a Single Record:Screen Shot export records

Step 1.

Go to the record you wish to export, click on the Share tab, and select the Export Record option.

Step 2.

This will bring up the Export Record box. The first drop down menu is Format. You can choose either Excel (.xls), or Comma separated (.csv).

The second drop down menu is Fields.  Select the fields you want to include in the export by holding down Ctrl or Command on your keyboard and clicking all desired field options.  If you select no fields, all of the fields will be exported.

Step 4.

Click the Export Record button, and the document will be created.

Note: Every time a record is exported it will be noted in the patient’s Treatment Log.

Step 1.

Search for the records that you want to export by entering your search criteria in either the Quick Search field or by using the Search link.

Example:  You could enter “Owl” in the Quick Search field to locate all records that include the search criteria “Owl”.

Step  2.

This brings you to the List Records screen, where all the records matching your search criteria will be visible. Click the Export record(s) option.
