How to Email Records

How to Email a Single Record:Screen Shot email record

Step 1.

Open the desired patient record, click the Share tab, and select the Email Record option.

Step 2.

This will bring up an Email Record box. Enter the desired recipient’s email address, an email subject, and any additional message you would like to send along with the patient Screen Shot email record boxrecord. Under the email message you can check the box to Include Rescuer Contact Information with
the email. If there is lab work or extensions affiliated with this record, there will be additional attachment options.

Step 3.

Click the Email Record button and your email with an attached PDF of the patient record will be sent.

Note: All records that are emailed will have a notification recorded in the patient’s Treatment Log.

Step 1.

Search for the patient records
that you would like to email. You
can search in the Quick Search
field or by using the Search Records function.

Example: Enter “Owl” into the Quick Search field to receive a list of all patient records that match the search criteria “Owl”. 

Step 2. Screen Shot list records

This brings you to the List Records screen where a list of records matching your search criteria will be visible.  Check the boxes to the left of the records you wish to email and then click the Email Records option.

Step 3.
